The US Treasury announced that Democrat president elect Bar'ack Hussein Obama's image will appear on printed money.
"The election of Mr. Hussein Obama represents a historic change for America. It is the first time an avowed socialist has ever been elected president," said Allen Thompson, media relations director for the Treasury.
"I'd add to that two things. Mr. Hussein Obama is also black. Well, half-black. No black man has ever held the office of the presidency. He's also Muslim. All other US presidents have been Christians."
"So for these significant reasons, and despite the fact that Mr. Hussein Obama has not achieved anything in his political life and hasn't even taken office yet, he will appear on the new $95 dollar bill."
Thompson then outlined the meaning of the $95 dollar bill.
"This was done at Mr. Hussein Obama's direction. Since he promised tax breaks to 95% of Americans when 40% don't even pay taxes and still got elected - thank you, ignorant electorate - he thought it would be appropriate."
A reporter asked Mr. Thompson to address the rumors that the $95 bill had special limitations.
"Yes, some of those rumors are true," said Thompson.
"Number 1, the bill can't be used by evil, conservative rich people to hoard their wealth. Number 2, even though it says $95 on it, it's only worth $40, for the reason previously mentioned. Don't worry - when Jimmy Carter-like inflation gets out of control, you'll still be able to buy a cup of coffee for $40."
"And number 3, you can't use the bill to buy into your 401(k) since the government is taking them over. Thank you, Peronists in Argentina."
But Thompson also said some rumor's weren't true. "You can buy crack cocaine with it, or pay your slum rent to Rezko in one of Hussein Obama's communities that he organized," said Thompson. "And if you need to make bail for murder in Chi-town, just give up a handful of Hussein Obamas."
Thompson indicated that the back of the bill has special significance too. "It will feature Hussein Obama and some of his associates - Father Pfleger, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and Rashid Khalidi. They'll be pictured urinating on an American flag."
